At Trendy Products Inc., we do our best to provide the most accurate product descriptions to enhance your shopping experience. All of our product pageswill show an accurate size guide along with product specifications. Please contact with any questions of feedback.
If you have any problem regarding products you purchased or received from our store pleaseemail us at jrios@rgpind.com or call 773-353-5576 We will do our best to assist you and arrange a refund or a return.
- Our return and guarantee policy will last14 days after your product is received at the location provided at the time of purchase. After the 14 days expire from receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Refunds/Replacements will only be granted when there has been a damage in Transit or the goods are found to be not as per the description provided.
- Each piece is Made to Order, hence we cannot issue a refund/replacement for any customized order or once the order has been shipped from our end.
Note: In case of a return, write to us jrios@rgpind.com. We will provide you with a resolution within2 business day. Returns/ Replacements ( only accepted under the following circumstances):
- Damaged Product / Manufacturers Defect
- If the product arrives damaged. Whether due to shipping or a manufacturer’s defect, we will honor a 100% full refund or exchange. We will require photo evidence of this via email to jrios@rgpind.com
- We assure you of a 48 Hours Replacement Policy in case of any damage in transit.
- Not As Described
- If the product arrives and the customer can prove that it does not match up with the product description, we will honor a return for a full refund or exchange for a different item.
- Product Lost in Transit
- If the product doesn't arrive because it is lost in transit, then we will immediately reship the product for you! Please make sure the address you provide is correct and accurate as we can only do reshipment in case of a wrong address if the shipping fee is paid by the customer.
In most cases, where the customer receives a damaged product, we will be responsible for shipping them a new product within 48 Hours.
